OVERVIEW
PACE is a private, three-month executive communication intervention for senior Arabic-speaking leaders who lose authority in English-speaking rooms. It is not an English language course. The systematic work targets how the room reads you under pressure, not your vocabulary.

WHO IT IS FOR
The target audience consists of senior executives, directors, and C-suite officers whose English is already functional but whose delivery under pressure costs them their natural authority in high-stakes environments: board meetings, investor calls, and ministerial briefings.

HOW IT WORKS: THE LIVE LOOP
The training operates on a twice-weekly cycle called the Live Loop. In the session we build the strategy. You take it into the real room. The next session we calibrate it against what actually happened. Every session is recorded to a private, secure portal, so your progress is documented on tape, not promised.
